"I love to draw animals and I don't often get a chance to do so since my comic and so many others seem to not have animals in them. So I chose Celeste. The request I had was to give one of Dot's characters a new outfit but cats don't seem to approve of clothing so I gave her a nice pettable coat of long Persian type fur instead.
