Things were made difficult as Anke only had reference pictures for Sylvia -- sorry if I got things wrong, Anke, I tried to follow the textual descriptions. I do like the detail work on Sylvia's hair, and I was quite proud of the full picture's lineart -- for composition purposes, I went with head and shoulders only, but the lineart went down to Sylvia's waist." You see, Topaz goes clear back to the 5th round of MAX and is one of the only artists to consistenly have her submission finished several days before the deadline. Topaz's comics always made me laugh, but when I was just about to do a picture of Feather I discovered Kizmet and read the entire thing. It's hilarious and brilliant."
