"Ok well I read your entier comic so far and I thoguth wow cool elfs. At first I was going to Draw Nym about to kiss Jaye...but then i Though um what about Dak. So ok how about just a picture of Jaye...well everyone did that. With much thinking, I decided to draw a picture wiht all three in it. At first I tried drawing all three laying down on the grass holding or touching each but no work so I came up with this idea instead. I think it works just fine. "This round was a bit tricky, as there was such a style difference between Emiko and I, so I decided to stick Shizuka in modern day to excuse the differences. I took a more art deco approach this round-very simple block colors, and very little detail work. You can kind of tell on the jacket, but I think the tool I used there gave it a kind of stonewashed look that I quite like." Sabrina's website

"Long story this time. So I decided to do Hawk's Brooke for this round of MAX, after weeks of deliberation. I got the sketches done and this was the one I liked best, scanned it in and started my CG. This week has been cursed. Once finishing the first CG, I saved the file. Deciding today to finally put it up, somehow the file only saved halfway. Aaaaah! half the picture is missing O_O. so I CGed it once again, and here it is now. I didn't do anything really new for this round except I did post CG clean up alot better and the eyes were handled differently. Life goes on once again." K. Mai's website
