"Warning, PG-13ish nudity in this one. Tranquil, your characters are so neat and your comic is very nicely laid out. I really enjoyed it. I picked out Cosmos to draw, mostly because he was the first on the suggested characters list and I've been wanting to try my hand at a few new muscle-shading things I've been learning. The idea behind this is that, well, I guess this race is sort of plant-like? I'm not entirely sure, but I went with that anyway, and so, like a sunflower, he's trying to soak up as much lovely sunlight as he can. Its done in pencil and color pencil, as usual." L. "For this image, I presented myself with a number of challenges. It was inspired by another piece of art done in another exchange by a talented artist named Steve, and me being a big fan of his stuff, I wanted to do something similar, but in my own way. Painterly, realistic, and no references. Done in one layer (excepting the sketch) and in one sitting. I actually surprised myself with my speed for once! "So I went and read this comic, and absolutely HAD to draw Georgie. He has an even less pronouceable name than I do, pink hair, uses a woman's cigarette holder, and has sexuality issues...I just fell in love. After the background hell of last round, I went for a simpler pose this time, although the hand still took me forever and never did turn out right. I uses some new techniques on my computer to add the grittiness to the background to give it the kind of seedier tone I wanted despite the pastels." Sabrina's website

"I felt like drawling and elf, so I had to draw Hawk's Brooke. She has pink hair, how could I not?! My scanner has taken to being tempermental again, so I lost a LOT of the background color in this, and some of the finer shading details...evilllllllll scanner.......but overall I'm airly happy with it. At the last moment I was looking through one of my fashion magazines I picked up the other day, saw this one outfit, and drew Yvonne in it quickly. (Evil scanner, thus the icky line through the drawling, can't figure out how to make it stop doing that...) But anyways, I hope you like them Hawk! ^_^" Xalan's website
